Shipping availability

SEVENFOUR ships from London, United Kingdom. Current UK services are Royal Mail delivery, normally estimated at 2–4 working days, and an optional Royal Mail Tracked 24 service.

International orders are sent with Royal Mail International Tracked, normally estimated at 5–7 working days, for a flat rate of £10. Available destinations are confirmed during checkout.

Dispatch, tracking and delivery

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. A product marked as a pre-order follows the estimated dispatch date stated on its product page.

A Royal Mail tracking number is sent by email when a tracked order is dispatched.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customs processing, carrier disruption, remote destinations and incomplete delivery information can affect timing.

International charges

Customers outside the UK are responsible for applicable customs duties, VAT, import taxes or local carrier charges unless checkout explicitly states that an amount has been collected.

Any amount not shown as collected by SEVENFOUR may remain the recipient’s responsibility under the destination’s rules.

A missing or damaged delivery

• Keep the product, packaging and shipping label while the issue is reviewed.
• Photograph the outer parcel, internal protection, product and any visible damage.
• Email the order reference, delivery date and a concise description of what is missing or damaged.
• Do not discard or return the parcel until SEVENFOUR confirms the next step.

Requesting a return

Contact SEVENFOUR before sending a product back. Include the order reference, item, reason and clear photographs where condition or fit is relevant. Damage or a fault discovered on delivery should be reported within 48 hours where reasonably possible.

UK customers have a legal right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it and return the product for a full refund. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty or was damaged in transit, in which case SEVENFOUR covers return shipping.

Outside the UK, returns are accepted only where a product is faulty or was damaged in transit. Eligibility, return instructions and any refund are confirmed for the specific request.

Coverage and exclusions

The one-year limited warranty covers confirmed defects in materials or workmanship. It does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, mishandling, unauthorised modification or cosmetic imperfections that do not affect function.

Coverage applies when the product has been used for its intended purpose, as described in SEVENFOUR product documentation.

A warranty outcome depends on the product, order record, reported behaviour, condition and installation evidence supplied for the case.

Start with the product and order

• Order reference and purchase email.
• Product name and identifying marks.
• A clear description of the fault and when it occurs.
• Wide and close photographs; a short video can help with movement or noise.
• Camera, handle, fasteners and other parts used in the installation.

How a request is assessed

SEVENFOUR reviews the order details, reported behaviour, product condition, installation and interfaces used. Additional photographs, measurements or a return for inspection may be requested before an outcome is confirmed.

Do not continue using a part that is damaged, loose, misaligned or behaving unexpectedly in a load-bearing camera setup.

Installation and modification

Use the supplied or explicitly specified hardware and follow current product instructions. A fastener with the same nominal thread can still have the wrong length, head, material or engagement.

Tell SEVENFOUR about any modification, impact, substituted hardware or non-standard installation so the issue can be assessed accurately.

Possible support outcomes

Depending on the evidence, applicable terms and inspection, support may involve installation guidance, replacement hardware, repair, replacement, return instructions or another appropriate resolution. No outcome is confirmed until the specific case has been reviewed.

Shipping a product for inspection

Wait for written instructions before sending a product. The correct receiving address, packaging requirements and shipping responsibility are provided for the individual case.

Remove accessories that are not requested and package the part so movement in transit cannot cause further damage.

Warranty support is additional to rights and remedies that cannot be limited under the law applicable to the purchase.

Important context: Compatibility depends on the complete camera, handle, interface and intended build—not only the camera name.

Choose by the job

• Stop gimbal movement for locked-off shots: choose the Ronin 4D HEADLOCK. It fits Ronin 4D cameras fitted with the Tilta 4D top handle.
• Mount accessories without the original top handle: choose the Ronin 4D Top Cheese Plate. It fits Ronin 4D 6K and 8K bodies.
• Use the right-handle port as a rigging surface: choose the Ronin 4D Side Cheese Plate. It fits Ronin 4D 6K and 8K bodies.

Confirm the handle and interface

HEADLOCK requires the Tilta 4D top handle. The Top and Side Cheese Plates use the camera’s native body interfaces. Confirm the exact Ronin 4D body, handle, product revision and intended mounting point before ordering.

Plan the whole build

Check fastener type and length, cable exits, control access and the space required by transmitters, rails and quick-release hardware. Plan the operating mode and load of the complete rig before relying on a mounting point.

Camera access and clearances

Each product is designed around native interfaces and operational clearances, but accessories added around it can change access. Review the product-specific images and dimensions for the final build.

If the interface is uncertain

Compare a wide image of the complete setup with a close view of the intended mounting position. Include useful measurements and the exact handle or adapter revision when requesting a compatibility check.
