5. Shipping

All orders are shipped from our UK facility via Royal Mail.

Typical fulfilment time: 1–2 business days.

Delivery times vary by destination. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number.

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees required by their country.

6. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective or damaged in transit.

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, email contact@sevenfour.store within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue.

If your claim is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Upon inspection of the returned item, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

7. Warranty

All SEVENFOUR products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage due to misuse, mishandling, or modification
• Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality

To submit a warranty claim, email contact@sevenfour.store with proof of purchase and photos or a description of the issue.
