Accessibility
SEVENFOUR wants the storefront and technical information to work with different devices, input methods and assistive technologies.
The target
The site is designed with WCAG 2.2 Level AA principles as the working target: perceivable content, operable controls, understandable interactions and robust markup.
Accessibility is reviewed as products, theme components, apps and checkout behaviour change.
Measures used on the site
- Semantic headings, landmarks and descriptive page titles.
- Keyboard-accessible links, buttons, disclosures and navigation.
- Visible focus states and a skip link to primary content.
- Text alternatives for informative product and installation images.
- Responsive layouts that preserve readable line length on large screens.
- Reduced-motion behaviour for non-essential movement.
3D and other product media
Interactive 3D media is an additional inspection method and is not the only source of product, compatibility or purchase information. Still images and written specifications provide essential alternatives where available.
If a detail cannot be understood without the 3D view, ask for the relevant image, measurement or written explanation.
Third-party services
Checkout, payment, consent, messaging or embedded services can include interfaces supplied by another provider. SEVENFOUR selects and configures these services but may not control every part of their markup or update cycle.
Report the page, service and exact action that created a barrier so it can be reproduced and raised where necessary.
Report a barrier
Email contact@sevenfour.store with the page address, task, device or assistive technology and a description of what happened.
If content is not accessible in its current format, ask for the product or support information in a practical alternative format.
